- Findings and an estimate on the first visit. Next, your Foster Roofing consultant explains what we found, what the roof needs, and what it costs. It is a good idea to be home for this part.
- Insurance guidance, if a storm caused the damage. You file the claim, and we give you the documentation and estimate you need to submit it.
- Scheduling. Before work begins, we tell you when materials arrive, when installation starts, and how your warranty works.
- Installation by our own crews (2 days on average). Your project manager is your direct contact. You will know our crew by the Foster Roofing trucks and shirts.
- Cleanup. Finally, our crews clean up thoroughly before they leave, treating your home with care and respect.

If hail or wind damaged your roof, your insurance may cover some or all of a replacement. Foster Roofing is also a preferred contractor for most major insurance carriers. The claim starts with your own insurance agent, and you file and submit it. Our part is to make the process easier, so here is what we do:
- We inspect the roof and document the damage.
- Then we give you the estimate and every detail you need to submit a successful claim.
- With your approval, we can send that documentation to your insurance agent.
- We meet the adjuster at your property when schedules allow.
- We work with your insurance company to make sure the payout is correct.
Financing and payment options
If paying for a roof all at once feels like a lot, Wells Fargo Home Projects financing can spread it out, with approved credit. There are two options, so you can pick the one that fits:
- No interest if paid in full within 12 months with regular monthly payments. If the balance is not paid in full within 12 months, interest is charged from the purchase date at 28.99%.
- Or 9.9% APR with custom monthly payments of 2% of the balance, and no penalty for paying it off early.
