Q) What can I expect once I submit the FREE ESTIMATE form?
A) One of our experienced Sales Rep will contact with you within 24 hours to set an appointment to come to your home.
Q) Do I need to be home when you come look at my roof?
A) No, you do not have to be at home but it is a good idea to be there so the Sales Rep can explain what was found during the inspection.
Q) How long does it take to get the results of the inspection and Free Estimate?
A) Our Sales Reps will discuss the results and the necessary Scope of Work details during their initial visit. You will learn the expected needs to correct the issues and the estimated cost.
Q) What are the steps for filing an insurance claim?
A) – First, contact your Insurance Agent. They will help you with filing the claim.
– Once the claim is initiated, an Adjuster will be assigned to your claim. The Adjuster will reach out to schedule a time to inspect and assess the damage.
– Following the inspection, your insurance agent/adjuster will determine if the damage is covered by your insurance policy.
Q) What type of roofing products do you offer?
A) We offer multiple Asphalt Shingles options to beautify your home, fit your budget and protect your roof. We also offer tile roofing and metal roofing options as well. Our sales rep will work with you to ensure the best material and color fit for your home.
Q) How do I recognize the crew when they show up to my home?
A) As the homeowner, we ask you to be in contact with your project manager directly. Your project manager will communicate when the crews will arrive and answer any questions before, during, or after your roofing project is completed. As the homeowner, you are always welcome to call your project manager. You will know it’s a Foster Roofing representative by our trucks and by the representative’s shirt. They all are required to wear something with the Foster Roofing logo on the front, so it is recognizable right away!
Q) How long will it take to replace my roof?
A) Roof replacement time depends on the size, and sometimes the shape of the roof. An average roof replacement time is 2 days. Our Sales Reps will help answer this question once they have completed the FREE ESTIMATE process.
Q) What certifications do you carry?
A) Foster Roofing is Arkansas State Licensed (#0156360413), a member of the National Roofing Contractor Association, an Accredited Member of the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating, and a preferred contractor for most major insurance carriers.
Q) Do you offer satellite dish replacement?
No, we do not offer satellite dish replacement. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us and we’ll be happy to help.
Q) Does my new roof come with a warranty?
A) Yes, your roof comes with a 5 year Workmanship Warranty and a Manufacturer’s Material Warranty. Our expert Sales Rep will walk you through all the details of the warranty before we perform the work.
Q) What are my payment options if my insurance does not cover the roof replacement?
A) We accept cash, check, and credit cards and offer financing with approved credit through Wells Fargo. A 3% processing fee applies for credit card transactions.
